Terms of service
Project scope and payment
Each KaizenFlow service is a one-time project. Scope, deliverables, price, payment terms, delivery timing and revision limits are confirmed in the applicable order, proposal or agreement before work begins. Professional Website Sprint is £399 as a one-time payment and includes the stated scope only.
Customer responsibilities
Customers provide the onboarding materials, approvals, content and access reasonably required for the agreed work. Delivery timelines may change where required information or feedback is delayed.
Third parties and outcomes
Domains, hosting, third-party software, e-commerce and custom integrations are excluded unless expressly quoted. KaizenFlow does not guarantee leads, revenue, sales, rankings or another specific business outcome.
Revisions and additional work
Professional Website Sprint includes two revision rounds. Work outside the agreed scope, including further revisions, requires a separate one-time quote and approval.
