Bespoke services
Bespoke work is non-refundable after work commences, except where required by applicable law or stated in the agreement. This policy does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Before work commences
If you need to cancel before work begins, contact us promptly. Any refund or credit will be handled in line with the applicable agreement, work already completed and applicable law.
Scope changes
Requests outside the agreed project scope are not included in the original price. Where appropriate, we will provide a separate one-time quote before undertaking additional work.
